At Blackedition, we stand by the quality of our fashion collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed garments with all original Blackedition tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
